Welcome to the Scientific Mindfulness that you wanted

Welcome! I'm Dr. Federico "Fede" Andino and I bring a wealth of experience to this mindfulness course, blending decades of academic research, practical teaching, and real-world application. With a BA, MSc, and PhD in meditation, plus postdoctoral work exploring its historical roots in Tibet, I've been a leading voice in the field, formerly chairing the Tibetan Religion class at Universidad del Salvador for 15 years.

Beyond academia, I've taught mindfulness globally—at schools, prisons, hospitals, and corporations like IBM, where he currently serves as Lead Global Researcher on Mindfulness, founding their Mindfulness Community.

I'm also a Buddhist teacher, and I've authored books, countless articles, and created curricula, all while grounding my work in scientific evidence and a passion for community-driven practice.
